Guiding you through the first trimester, the changes your body will be going through, and how you can look after your mind and body throughout your pregnancy journey. We've got a special episode that focuses on mental health too because we know just how important it is to support you emotionally.
This course has been designed with mothers in mind and supports you to make informed decisions, understand the role of a midwife, help you make a birth plan, get ready to welcome your baby into the world and prepare for life post-birth.
Giving you peace of mind that you understand your options and have a documented plan for those attending your birth, so if plans need to change, you still have your preferences clearly outlined on your birth plan, to which everyone can stick as closely as possible and refer back to at any time.
As well as this, you'll learn all about Hypnobirthing, have access to the relaxations and positive affirmations. We’ve got all the information you need so you can tap into mind management tools to feel calm confident and in control.
